It is mandatory that before a church property is put to the open market that any Uniting Church entities looking for a similar property are approached.

Church entities who are listing on this forum are required to have in principle approvals in place before the item can be listed.

When approached by another Uniting Church entity, the details of the transaction should be agreed within 21 days of the first approach, otherwise the program of the “seller” can be unduly hampered.
