This page is for internal use (ie Uniting Church entities) as a means of communicating what properties are wanted, and what properties are available for sale, leasing or sharing. 

It is mandatory that before a church property is put to the open market that any Uniting Church entities looking for a similar property are approached. It is preferable but not mandatory that all properties are placed on the website.
