THE INSURED

The Uniting Church in Australia Property Trust, Synod of New South Wales and all related and affiliated Bodies, Institutions and Associations.

COVER PROVIDED

Legal Liability of the Insured to pay compensation by reason of:

• Personal Injury (including death), and
• Loss of or damage to property, happening during the period of insurance as a result of an occurrence and in connection with the Insured’s business.

EXTENSION TO COVER

Defamation including libel, slander, infringement of copyright, trademarks, designs and plagiarism.

Indemnity arising from negligent advice, mistake, erroneous matter or material contained in any Church publication.

GEOGRAPHICAL LIMITS

The Commonwealth of Australia and/or elsewhere in the world except USA & Canada where the policy will respond only in respect of:

Liability arising out of any traveling or overseas based missionaries, teacher, students or other persons representing or associated with the Insured.

EXCLUSIONS

Injury sustained by an employee in respect to which Workers Compensation applies
Fines, Punitive, Exemplary or Aggravated Damages
Claims involving watercraft exceeding 15 meters in length, vehicles and aircraft 
Erection, demolition, alteration or additions to buildings for works
Pollution/contamination, Asbestos Liability and Professional Liability
