It is the responsibility of the Authorised Representative of the organisation to advise the Payroll Bureau in writing, of any changes to be affected by the Payroll Bureau Service with regard to Termination for any employee.

It is also the responsibility of the Authorised Representative to notify Uniting Resources IT Services of a termination so that the particular employee can be removed from the Uniting Church of Australia NSW Synod network, please follow the link below to remove a user

As well as completing this process you will need to complete the relevant Payroll Bureau Service documentation and have it executed by the Authorised Representative and sent to the Payroll Bureau Service by 4pm on the last Friday of the pay cycle. Please find relevant documentation below.
