New Minister Documents

The responsibility for the integrity of the Payroll Bureau Service will remain with Human Resource Services of Uniting Resources (HRS). To ensure HRS can meet a high standard of data integrity please insure all data requested on relevant forms are completed, correct and have been verified. Please find below all documentation needed to input a New Minister to the Payroll Bureau Service. It is essential for organizations to complete the Checklist for New Ministers and attach all New Minister documents required below to it.
