It is the responsibility of the Authorised Representative of organisation to advise the Payroll Bureau Service in writing of any changes to employees or Minister’s payroll information. This includes, but is not limited to, changes to rates of pay, award classification, award incremental steps & any other changes to personal details. The changes can only be effected using the relevant Payroll Bureau Service documentation & must be executed by the Authorised Representative & forwarded to the Payroll Bureau Service before 4pm on the last Friday of the pay cycle in which the change is to be effected.
