Welcome to the Human Resource Services (“HRS”) home page.

HRS provides human resource and industrial relations assistance and advice and a payroll bureau service to employing entities within the Uniting Church in Australia Synod of NSW & the ACT (Synod of NSW &the ACT).

As employment requirements change frequently due to case precedents being handed down in the courts, what is current and contemporary practice today may well be outdated tomorrow.  Given this and the potential risks associated with non-compliance it is important for employing entities, within the Synod of NSW & the ACT, to seek assistance and advice from the HRS before committing to an employment related course of action.
